**Responsibilities**:
Incident (Sev 1,2,3 & 4) resolution, update the tickets with up-to-date details and summary.

Coach/mentor L1 team members.

Escalate Sev 1/2 incidents to the L3 team as and when necessary or work with the vendors (like Avaya, Carriers etc..) for resolution if instructed by the Engineering Team.

Plan, co-ordinate & execute any tasks like changes/upgrades in the current infrastructure and communicate regularly to the concerned stakeholders.

Execute the changes without any misses.

Working on the backups of all Avaya devices.

Working on escalated tickets.

Creating and maintaining of hunt groups, VDNs, Vectors, EC500 etc. in the existing system.

Should be doing the troubleshooting for any multiuser issues, like trunk down, unable to make calls by multiple users in a location.

Manage and create login ID's / Splits / Skills.

Working/Troubleshooting on the alarms on the system.

Maintaining the data base related to Avaya BP details, site contact details and Service provider details.

Working on CDR requests.

Should be able to coordinate between groups for deployment of the hardware (like Phones) and software (like CMS supervisor, Onex softphones) and assist the user with the programming the same.

Tickets Queue management.

Shift handover.

**Qualifications**

7+ years of experience on the Avaya UC platform.

Experience with installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of Avaya Media servers (S8700, S8500, S8300, etc.).

Communication manager (CM) 8.x and above.

Installation and Administration of Avaya CMS, AES, and Contact Center Products.

Install and maintenance of Avaya gateways G650 and media gateways G700/430/450.

Avaya call center administration includes VDN, Vectors, etc. Manage and create login IDs, splits, and skills.

Experience with Avaya Aura System Manager and Session Managers

Administration trunks with types of ISDN, CO, TIE, SIP, etc.

Should have a good understanding of H.323 and SIP protocols.

Administration and maintenance of the CDR server and reports.

Administration and maintenance of the different types of phones, including analog, digital, IP, and SIP types.

Experience with disaster recovery plans like LSP and ESS servers.

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
