**Xstore - L2 Functional Support Expert**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
As the Xstore - L2 Functional Support Expert, your duties will include:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and delivering solutions that enhance retail operations.
- Implementing configurations changes, updates, and patches to the Xstore environment.
- Conducting thorough testing and validation of fixes prior to deployment in a live environment.
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of issues, resolutions, and changes within the system.
- Offering training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and use of the Xstore system.
- Working closely with the software development team to communicate bugs and follow up on permanent resolutions.
- Monitoring system performance, suggesting improvements, and implementing them upon approval.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in retail technology support, ideally with specific knowledge of the Xstore platform.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and how IT solutions are deployed within this sector.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in SQL and database management for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Previous experience in an L2 support role for Xstore or similar retail management software.
- Certifications in ITIL, Oracle, or related fields.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Experience working in a multinational company and comfort working across different time zones.
