RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Min 1+ Years of Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer or similar role into
    International Recruitment ( UK ):
  • Familiarity with social media and manage LinkedIn solutions for UK.
  • Prior Experience in Embedded platform ( eg: Autosar, Embedded Developer etc) in UK Recruitment is Preferred.
  • Manage and support end to end recruitment activities across U.K with a special focus on technology and corporate positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each positions requirement.
  • Develop strong and diverse talent pipelines, creating internal and external networks of top talent across all industries.
  • Keep an uptodate knowledge of recruitment agencies, job boards and innovation within the recruitment industry and manage recruitment agency relationships, as necessary.
  • Understands the sense of urgency in recruitment, responds to market demands quickly; for example, sources and interviews within 24 hours.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills; ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
