**RESPONSIBLITIES**

**Recruitment Marketing**: Assist in developing recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

**Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation.

**Data Analysis**: Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify areas for improvement, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar role.
- Excellent English language and writing skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, partly from the Bangalore office and partly remotely.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
