RESPONSIBLITIES

Recruitment Marketing:
Assist in developing recruitment marketing strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all recruitment processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate and organized recruitment documentation.

Data Analysis:
Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify areas for improvement, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Excellent English language and writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, partly from the Bangalore office and partly remotely.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
