We're seeking an exceptional Recruiter based in India to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand.
Competencies:
Solid understanding of Recruitment processes with specific experience in, but not limited to sourcing, stakeholder relations, negotiation, compliance and ATS administration.
Education, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- The ability to adopt a consultative approach with our hiring manager community and craft win/win outcomes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- The ability to work optimally in high pressure situations and come up with a creative ways of hitting your targets
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems (e.g. Ashby)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- An interest in how branding can help directly influence your recruiting pipelines
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
