**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Min 1+ Years of Proven work experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer or similar role into **International Recruitment ( UK )**:

- Familiarity with social media and manage LinkedIn solutions for UK.
- Prior Experience in Embedded platform ( eg: Autosar, Embedded Developer etc) in UK Recruitment is Preferred.
- Manage and support end to end recruitment activities across U.K with a special focus on technology and corporate positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each positions requirement.
- Develop strong and diverse talent pipelines, creating internal and external networks of top talent across all industries.
- Keep an up-to-date knowledge of recruitment agencies, job boards and innovation within the recruitment industry and manage recruitment agency relationships, as necessary.
- Understands the sense of urgency in recruitment, responds to market demands quickly; for example, sources and interviews within 24 hours.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills; ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- **Shifts**: UK**:

- **One should be comfortable with work from office. International sourcing (UK)/ recruitment experience is must.
