Responsibilities:

Solution Implementation:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Sales Performance Management Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client requirements.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Sales Performance Management modules to enhance sales team productivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Business Process Consulting:

  • Analyze client business processes, identify pain points, and propose effective solutions.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to guide clients through transformational changes.

Technical Expertise:

  • Utilize your deep understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation to design and implement compensation plans.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Oracle Sales Cloud and Performance Management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and best practices.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering value-added solutions.
