Current Opportunity:
Join our Global Private Banking team as an experienced professional. This client-facing role focuses on managing relationships with our most valuable clients, where expertise in financial planning and wealth products is key to success. As a Private Banking Relationship Manager, you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and exceed their expectations.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators through developing client relationships
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to understand their financial needs
- Deliver high levels of client service using tools effectively
- Maintain a portfolio of qualified Private Banking clients
- Identify referral opportunities for various services
- Ensure fair outcomes for customers and uphold market transparency
- Collaborate with the team to support client journey
- Manage operational risks and adhere to sales processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- Minimum of five years in financial services or retail sales
- Proven sales results in insurance and investment products
- Experience in managing high net worth clients
- Strong technical skills in wealth management
- Excellent communication, client focus, and influencing skills
- Sound knowledge of financial products and services
- Understanding of business banking segment
- Compliance with local regulations and licenses
- Proficiency in English and local languages
- Completion of necessary trainings for high-risk roles

- Attain required professional and regulatory qualifications
