Ihre Mission

Sie werden ein wichtiger Teil in der Umsetzung der Wachstumsstrategie der Bank und sorgen dafür, dass Sie als Verantwortlicher für ein Private Banking Team (welches Sie sich auch selber zusammenstellen können) zusammen mit Ihrem Team neue Kunden für die Bank gewinnen und optimal betreuen. Dabei haben Sie keine Landes- oder Gebietseinschränkungen und können Kunden aus quasi allen Märkten und aus verschiedensten Anlageklassen onboarden.


Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für ein Team im Private Banking und fokussieren sich auf die Akquisition und den Aufbau neuer langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen im Rahmen der globalen Wachstumsstrategie der Bank.
  • Sie verstehen es die besten Talente optimal in Ihrem Team zu vereinen
  • Sie stellen sich Ihr Team optimal zusammen und führen und entwickeln es kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Sie verfügen selber über langfristige Kundenbeziehungen, die eine starke persönliche Bindung zu Ihnen haben.
  • Sie nutzen Ihr bestehendes Netzwerk um international Kunden ansprechen und für die Bank gewinnen.
  • Dabei haben Sie keine Landes- oder Gebietseinschränkungen und können Kunden aus quasi allen Märkten und aus verschiedensten Anlageklassen (inkl. Private Equity, Immobiliene etc.) onboarden.
  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für eine selbständige und qualitativ hochwertige Kundenberatung, basierend auf der Anlagepolitik der Gruppe und unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Themen- und Fragestellungen.
  • Sie erweitern aktiv Ihre Netzwerke und nutzen dabei alle Möglichkeiten die die Bank bietet
  • Sie entwickeln Ihre Kunden aktiv weiter mit dem Ziel den Kundenwert zu steigern

 

Ihr Profil

 

  • Sie verfügen über eine bankenspezifische Ausbildung bzw. ein einschlägiges Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder über entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Sie verfügen über +8 Jahre dedizierte Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von vermögenden Privatkunden (UHNWI oder HNWI) im nationalen oder internationalen Umfeld
  • Sie haben langjährige persönliche Beziehungen und ein aktives Kundenbuch (hierbei sind quasi alle Märkte und Produktbereich relevant)
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams inkl. P&L Verantwortung im Private Banking Umfeld
  • Sie haben ein "Sales Mindset" und lieben es aktiv Kunden zu gewinnen und diese zu entwickeln, dabei ist Ihnen eine gute Beratung und Servicequalität sehr wichtig
  • Sie sind ein Netzwerker und Kommunikator und verstehen und lieben es neue Kontakte zu knüpfen und Beziehungen auszubauen
  • Sie verfügen über das notwendige menschliche Gespür, Geschick, Feingefühl sowie über die notwendige Ausdauer
  • Sie haben ein positives Mindset und verfügen über ein hohes Energie-Level
  • Sie begeistern Ihre Kunden mit maßgeschneiderten Anlagekonzepten 
  • Dabei beruht Ihr nachweisbarer Erfolg auf intensiven persönlichen und beruflichen Kontakten zu vermögenden Privatkunden
  • Sie sind ein hoch motivierter, ergebnisorientierter Teamplayer, eine überzeugende Persönlichkeit und identifizieren sich mit Ihrer Aufgabe
  • Sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und aufgeschlossen gegenüber neuen Medien
  • Geschäftssprache ist Englisch (fließend notwendig), alle anderen Sprachen wie zB Deutsch ein PLus
