We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in our continued success.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, remote position for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter. The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing and management of candidates on the bench for contract opportunities.
Qualifications
Atleast 5+ years of proven experience in Bench Sales Recruiting.
Excellent understanding of marketing candidates with prime vendors. Need to have solid understanding of marketing OPT candidates.
Identify and target IT professionals with expertise in various technologies and domains who are currently on the bench.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals, skills, and availability.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for potential projects.
Effectively communicate job opportunities to candidates, highlighting the benefits and potential for professional growth.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales teams to understand client requirements and align candidate profiles with client needs.
Negotiate compensation packages and contract terms with candidates to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
Manage the submission, interview, and placement process for candidates, tracking progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders
