Work on various market dynamics and product lines like RB Life, RB Health, and RB Cards to increase partner profitability and earning capacity. Help sourcing / servicing sellers of the products as per the agreed mix and policy. Conduct induction training and Coordinate with sales training team for product and ongoing training for the respective Partners. Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments. Monitoring seller/partner performance on the common variables of segment way to market - Renewal / Fresh database, funnel, and closures. Maintaining the high active percentage of partners. Controlling attrition of partners. Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for same

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1year relevant experience preferably in insurance, broking, Banks & NBFC in Personal Loan, Credit cards sales companies, Asset Management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with crossfunctional teams and management.
