What You'll Do:

  • Identify companies seeking franchise opportunities and introduce them to our unique business partner recruitment program.
  • Sell advertising packages and premium memberships to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and networking events.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
  • Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our program.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • 2-8 years of experience in Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, or Franchise Development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and match franchisee needs with the right franchisors.
  • A persistent and resultsoriented approach with a focus on exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and social media marketing.
