Responsibilities:

  • Inside Sales / Tele-sales Role focused on identifying and converting sales opportunities, generating leads, and meeting sales targets.
  • Reviving dormant merchants and facilitating successful transactions for customers.
  • Establishing strong relationships with merchants, brands, and customers.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely sales reports.
  • Recruiting and nurturing a high-performing team to drive call targets.
  • In-depth understanding of the Indian consumer finance market.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA graduate preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales or tele sales, preferably in loans or insurance sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Proficient in data management, contact center tools, MS Office, and CRM software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Proven expertise in developing sales strategies and plans.
