Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Manager to Lead our dynamic sales team.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for Leading the sales team by managing sales documentation, coordinating with clients and internal departments, and ensuring seamless operations to achieve sales targets.
This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Lead the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and contracts and maintain and update Customer databases and sales records.
Customer Management:
Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Order Management:
Ensure processing sales orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfilment. Coordinate with logistics and production teams to track order status.
Reporting:
Generate and analyse sales reports to monitor performance, track targets, and identify areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
Communication:
Liaise between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform various administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing sales events, and preparing sales materials
Qualifications and Competences:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration (BA), Marketing or a related field + B.E /BSC /Msc
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industrial minerals and their applications.
- Experience with ERP systems and sales order processing.
