: Sales Head [BDM] Digital Care Division Job Summary: The Sales Head is responsible for overseeing the sales team and developing sales strategies to promote the company's Digital Care products and services. They are responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong relationships with existing clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Sales Head must have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the IT industry, and a proven track record of sales success. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the company's IT products and services through distributor channel & corporate business to potential customers. Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and negotiating contracts. Managing the entire sales process Lead generation, qualification, pre sales, presentation demos, POC, pricing, proposals, negotiations, closure and generating sales. Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the company's IT products and services. Lead the sales team to identify and target potential customers through market research and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to help them meet their targets and develop their skills. Channel expansion to ensure product availability extensively in the assigned territory, Communicating and managing schemes to the Dealer / Distributor. Identify new areas for market development. Appoint new business / distributor partners. Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide customers with the latest information and solutions. Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential customers and stay informed about the latest trends and products. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management. Preparation of MIS for the preview of top management, Performance analysis & Evaluation with various reports Providing consistent, concise, accurate, and timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports to higher management. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives. Location: This position is based in our headquarters located in Thane. Some travel may be required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of sales success in the IT industry. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
