Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Coordinating with Competitors and sharing monthly numbers with them while collecting their data.
Ensuring the Timely release of the First Cut Market Share Report.
Ensuring the Timely release of the Marketing Bulletin report.
Single point contact for city wise competition related data for Marketing, Field team.
Driving SOG preparation with various department coordination.
Working closely with various depts and finalising the SOG/AEC Presentations as per the prescribed format.
Helps to finalize Quarterly / Monthly plan with various data inputs.
Competition volume forecasting.
Tracking competition launches, prices etc.
Keeping Track of SIAM segment data and updating cometition data as per SIAM.Competition benchmarking of various policies.
Scheme designing, roll out and execution.
Calculation, Result declaration and ensuring Credit Note generation.
Annual Budget approx. INR 40 CR.Annual AO Award Guideline Framework Finalisation with all sales and customer care stakeholders and roll out.
Calculation of the final Scores and approval from Top Management.
Preparing Final Award Presentation, responsible for Trophy excecution.
Annual Budget Approx. INR 25 CR.Analysis of enquiry, test drive and Bookings, Target vs actual, Zonal Outlook.
Zone AO wise Market share for UV and PU with competitor.
Alerts / Action planning through analysis for Top Management.
Single point contact for sales team, Top Management for any data related to sales and competition.
Varaiant rationalization - Inputs to planning on very low volume model codes for rationalization.
Finalization of Dealer Template Designing and roll out to Field team.
Target Compilation of Business Plan received from AOs.

Conducting Various Surveys through Online Digital Tools, declaring results of the same and ensuring Action Plan from various sales and customer care stakeholders.

Planning and Execution of quarterly DAC meet.
Department representation for ISMS audit, ensuring training completion of every member of dept
