Position:
Team Leader - International Voice Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate client data is maintained in the company's database.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to support the team effectively.

Requirements:

  • 23 years of experience in Auto parts Sale , particularly in international process.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
  • Must be a graduate, preferably with a degree in engineering (BTech) or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.
