KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To ensure revenue generation for the company
  • Making sales calls
  • Preparing client proposals & presentations
  • Planning weekly sales cycles by conducting account mining of the allocated accounts through client meetings accordingly
  • Preparing sales-related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection reports, monthly sales plans, etc.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and agencies in the person's portfolio
  • Market Information
  • Conducting competition tracking and monitoring on a frequent basis
  • Understanding in detail about client spends at a brand level and then developing a Go-to-Market approach
  • Looking at the broader perspective, thinking through ideas, and creating solutions for clients via upselling & cross-selling of various properties
  • Media Tracking to generate prospects
  • Providing written briefs to programming for the spot/commercial based on inputs from client/agency
  • Ensuring that ROs and TOs are appropriately generated and the spots are scheduled accordingly (through the sales coordinator and scheduler)
  • Ensuring that pricing is maintained as per stipulated targets
  • Working to bring the core brand creative to life by designing multimedia solutions interactive campaigns for clients including On-ground, Digital, Content, Media, and PR
  • Following up and ensuring that monies are collected on time including sending appropriate reminders to clients and agencies for payment

INTERNAL STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:

  • Collaboration with Content Team, Finance, Scheduling, Corp Office, etc.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • MBA/PGDM with 2-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing from the Digital Media Industry
