Responsibilities andDuties:
  • Counselstudents for their courseenquiry
  • Mentorjuniorcounselors
  • Counselstudents and concerned parents inperson and on thephone
  • Completedaily weekly and monthlytargets
  • Calculateconversionrates
  • Usethe CRM and sales automation tools to derive Sales andReports
  • Willbe given additional responsibilities as seniorcounsellors.

  • FluentWritten & Spoken English LanguageSkills
  • ExcellentInterpersonal CommunicationSkills
  • Interestin Sales andCounseling
  • Knowledgeof CRM and EdTech WorkExperience

Expected deliverables/KPIs:
  • Minimum6080 connected calls aday.
  • Weeklyrevenue targets to be met consistently as per the batchrequirements
  • 23hours of talk time per day on average.

Thecandidate must be residing inMumbai

Required Experience And Qualifications Enthusiastic engagement instudent-facing roles for a minimum of 8+ years. Proven leadershipexperience within ed-tech or student-centric environments. Trackrecord of inspiring and guiding teams of 10-15 individuals towardscollective success and growth.
