  • Determine critical root cause analysis to drive strategic change to improve the current process environment.
  • Train and guide the team on process design improvements.
  • Ensure full integration of all IT process and linkage to best practices.
  • Provide technical and analytical support on various process strategies.
  • Support Team in Internal assessments and closure of observations.
  • Publishing process KPI and overall process health check.
  • Manage multiple projects or initiatives at one time.
  • Team management and must win attitude in matrix organization

KPI:

  • Ability to design, document and improve processes basis best practises and ITIL
  • Ability to keep the process compliance at benchmark
  • Ability to cope with the stress associated with a challenging work environment driven by results and where deadlines are respected
