Overview
As a Lead Product Designer ,you will be a part of the team that is building the next generation of best-in-class mobile gaming experiences. You will work closely with the Product Team in the organisation to craft the user-centric product designs for launching delightful features and enhancing the existing experience for millions of users. Play the role of a full stack designer, right from understanding the product requirements to execution, delivery, collaborating with the technology team and taking end to end ownership of the project.
What will be your key responsibilities?
As a key member of the Design and Product teams, you will be responsible for crafting user-centric features as well as continually innovate to improve our existing product experience. Your specific responsibilities will include but will not be limited to gathering user requirements, understanding competitive landscape, wireframing, designing graphic elements and building navigation components, prototyping and more.
Must have:
Relevant proven work experience of at least 8+ years as a UI,UX designer is required.
A bachelor's degree in design, computer science, from NIFT/NID/IIT among others or equivalent professional training (HFI/ DesignBoat/ Designers Academy/ among others) or equivalent in the related field.
Work samples emphasising product design/ interaction skills (portfolio review required)
Experience in working with Design Systems and knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe and similar softwares.
Knowledge of prototyping and skills to visualise micro-interactions in designs.
Have a research driven approach to design and be able to design for real problems.
Growth mindset, unbiased/ open minded and openness to give and receive feedback.
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skills and ability to track and deliver to work within timelines.
Ability to work both in a group and independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve our design processes.
Passion for gaming and understanding of the real money gaming industry is a plus.

Plan, prioritise, coordinate interaction & interface design, asset design & production, conceptual design, and usability testing
Influence product and design directions and deliver a variety of design outputs, from high level concepts to detailed designs to interactive prototypes, to guide product development.
Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to create high quality user experiences with measurable impact.
Detail Oriented: Manage schedules, task statuses, feedback cycles, unresolved decisions. Proactive communicator to the broader team
Articulate design strategies and decisions in clear and compelling ways to various stakeholders and audiences.
