Job Description: Pearson India Education Services Private Ltd is looking for a Senior Territory Manager to join their Test Preparation Division in Delhi/NCR (Noida). At Pearson Pvt Ltd, as a Test Prep Sales Territory Manager, your main tasks will include reaching out to K12 segment schools, promoting Foundation, JEE & NEET portfolio, and other Test Prep offerings. You will be showcasing samples, negotiating deals, driving revenue growth, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams for product success. Candidates with experience in K12 companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Identification: Identify potential customers and market segments for Test Preparation products.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, educators, and influencers in the education sector.
  • Retailer and Distributor Management: Work with retailers and distributors to expand market presence and ensure product distribution.
  • Sales Development: Create strategies to boost sales revenue and meet targets.
  • Communication Skills: Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey product value effectively.
  • Data Management: Use tools like MS Excel, MS Word for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
  • E-mail Etiquettes: Maintain professional e-mail communication with clients, colleagues, and partners.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Test Preparation / K12.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and nurturing relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other relevant software.
  • Openness to explore new opportunities and expand product portfolio.
  • Self-motivated and capable of independent work.
  • Knowledge of education sector and competitive landscape is a plus.
