Job responsibilities

Evolve and expand ISV Partnership Program Global activation framework to enable scale of new partnerships Manage and track all partnership opportunities. Manage execution of prioritization and qualification frameworks for new partnerships under exploration. Build a network of relationships with key players within partners to activate partnership, elevate partnership tier, manage compliance, manage alliances, partner programs, etc. Activate new partnerships across regions working with regional partnership and functional teams. Ensure partnership foundations are established and in place including areas such as partnership operations (working with the ISV Operations Specialist), building partnership assets such as stakeholder maps, first call decks, and governance structures, coordination of GTM plans with regional and global stakeholders, facilitate learning and development plans working with partnership L&D leader. Day to day partnership management and oversight of all global ISV partnerships. Includes alliance management, operations oversight and compliance, solution development and asset management, GTM, L&D, marketing initiatives, reporting, sales support

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience with a substantial IT services consulting firm working in an ISV program or in a large ISV working on partnerships. Cloud hyper scaler (AWS, GCP, MSFT) partner experience is an asset. Must have proficient program management skills. Must have understanding of core technology services such as enterprise migration and modernization, data modernization, AI, product thinking, digital transformation Domain experience in various industries such as financial services, healthcare and life sciences, auto & manufacturing is an asset.

Professional Skills

Experience dealing with both business and IT C-level execs and have dealt with that level of execs in a partnership role. You are comfortable building relationships and working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally at all levels Existing relationships with large Data and AI global ISV partners is an asset. Creative problem solver with a bias for action who can work autonomously and is comfortable navigating ambiguity. You are highly organized; you breeze through context-switching; you aren't afraid of jumping in multiple work streams; you are able to coordinate multiple people and tasks towards a common goal A keen communicator, you feel comfortable with written communication, presenting and sharing knowledge
