PositionOverview: We are in search of adynamic and seasoned Regional Sales Manager to lead our salesinitiatives in the North regions. The ideal candidate shouldpossess a background in field services related to automationcoupled with a strong sales presence. A comprehensive grasp ofindustrial automation products and a proven track record of drivingsales growth and fostering enduring customer relationships areessential.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • SalesStrategy andExecution:
    • Formulateand implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned withthe companysgoals
    • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities target markets and potentialclients in the designatedregions
    • Takecharge of the complete sales cycle from prospecting and leadgeneration to successful deal closure ensuring the attainment ofsalestargets
  • ServicesCommissioning:
    • Overseeand coordinate the successful commissioning of machines atcustomerslocations
    • Collaborateclosely with the technical team to ensure smooth installation setupand testing ofmachines
    • Offertechnical support to clients during the commissioning processpromptly addressing challenges andissues
    • Demonstrateproficiency in Panels Instruments standard signals Wiring Drawings(SLD) and Hydraulicssystems
  • CustomerRelationshipManagement:
    • Cultivatestrong enduring relationships with key customers and stakeholdersgaining insights into their needs and delivering tailoredsolutions
    • Addresscustomer inquiries concerns and complaints promptly andprofessionally ensuring exceptional customersatisfaction
  • MarketAnalysis andInsights:
    • Monitorindustry trends competitor activities and market dynamics toidentify growth opportunities and potentialobstacles
    • Providevaluable insights and feedback to the management team on markettrends customer preferences and productenhancements
  • SalesReporting andAnalysis:
    • Prepareaccurate and timely sales reports forecasts and performance metricsto assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make informeddecisions
    • Utilizedatadriven insights to continually refine sales tactics andstrategies

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelorsdegree in Engineering (Electrical Electronics InstrumentationMechanical IT &Computer)
  • 3to 7 years of combined sales/servicesexperience
  • Proventrack record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targetsin the industrial automationsector
  • Profoundunderstanding of industrial automation products solutions andtechnologies
  • Preferencefor candidates with knowledge of PLC/Controller/HMI/SCADA/Web guideSystem/Tension Control System/Web slitting system/Web Inspectionsystem.
  • Strategicthinker with the capacity to analyze market trends and formulateeffective salesstrategies
  • Exceptionalleadership communication and interpersonalskills
  • Proficiencyin using Microsoft Officesuite
  • Willingnessto undertake extensive travel within the designatedregion
