Role Summary

  • Responsible for overseeing sales of Ashirvad's products in the designated area, ensuring consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues.
  • Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to maximize short- and long-term sales and enhance Ashirvad's presence in the assigned region.

Roles and Responsibility:

  • Sales Planning and Reporting: Forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to meet regional sales financial goals.
  • Develop and implement region-specific action plans, set sales objectives, create a sales plan, and quota to optimize revenue growth across all products.
  • Provide recommendations on new distributor appointment and management system, maintain sales records, and track sales performance for effective analysis.
  • Channel development for primary and secondary sales, manage and expand channels, and operate as a profit center.

Market Intelligence and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, evaluate market intelligence, gather competitive information, and monitor government regulations affecting target markets.
  • Compile and analyze region-specific sales data to identify trends and forecast sales across products.

Activations & Launches

  • Provide inputs for regional branding initiatives, ensure timely implementation of marketing plans, and coordinate trade promotional activities for product launches.
  • Plan ATL & BTL activities for demand generation.

Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain contacts with developers, industry bodies, associations, key distributors, and influencers to drive sales.
  • Oversee influencer management, liaison with major customer accounts, and support project sales through distributor networks.

Resource Management and Development

  • Recruit, direct, organize, appraise performance, control, and motivate the sales team to achieve specific objectives.
  • Educate and train the team on selling, communication skills, profitability analysis, and presentation skills.

Role Specific Competencies:

  • Must-have skills include in-depth knowledge of sales and marketing, leadership, presentation, communication, relationship building, managerial, analytical, planning, influencing, negotiation, and results-driven abilities.

Language: Fluent in English, Hindi, and the local language.
