We are looking for a District Head at PW (PhysicsWallah) in Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales operations within the district.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the sales team for optimal performance.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand the company's reach within the area.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends for growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance business efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
  • Excellent understanding of the region and market dynamics.
  • Experience in cultivating and managing channel partnerships.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Prefer candidates with experience in the B2C segment.
