This includes:

respiratory protection equipment, stationary and portable gas detection systems, professional diving equipment and systems, as well as alcohol and drug impairment detection.

In collaboration with its customers Drger develops customized solutions, such as entire fire training systems, training concepts and workshops.

Purpose of Function:

  • To achieve the sales budget for quota for Draeger products / solutions.
  • Increase market penetration in your Defined Geographic Area, manage sales & marketing activities and develop Key accounts.
  • He is responsible for the Customer satisfaction and sales business in his area & assign KeyAccount .
Position Drger as a solution provider.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Key Account Management & Establish Draeger as a preferred value added partner for all the assign Key AccountRepresent Drger to the Key Account Customers and Sales partners in the geographic area.
  • Responsible for establishing and optimization of Sales strategies for the assigned geographic area (Key Accounts, Sales channels, Sales organizations, target markets, products, conditions).
  • Plan regular visits to the meet Key Opinion Leaders and decision makers directly and in association with Distributors to establish continuous healthy relationship with customers for current and future business.
  • Active development of customer relationships, longterm partnership with Key Account & Key Account Stakeholders & Establish Draeger as a preferred value partner for all the assigned Key Account
  • Should be responsible for Strategic Key management, coordinate sales force and other resources, pricing based on funding availability and competitors' intelligence, order follow up for relationship management.
  • Should manage the distributor in his geographically defined area (Mumbai for Key Account). Should be capable to drive large projects or business solutions and services.
  • Should be able to decide on promotional activities i.e. congresses, advertisements, trainings etc based on its importance and returns. Establish business plan according to the market potential.
  • Provide data timely on Key Account & Key Customer relationship (history of customers, customers installed base by Drger & Competitors, won / lost order analysis in the Area, Market share. Should be able to take control of customers'/ partners' needs and accordingly plan the business growth in his area.
  • Should be able to drive the Sales partners to generate more market coverage and business in that area to order to achieve his budget.
