Key Responsibilities:

MBA /PGDM from a reputed management institution with minimum 15 years in core C&B

  • Drive design, standardization and implementation of the C&B policies and procedures globally. The incumbent will lead this role for our multiple business entities spread across geographies.
  • Ensure competitive and market-aligned pay structures including variable pay and other incentive plans.
  • Work with consultants on benchmarking, market intelligence, research & inputs for strategy development and timely rollout
  • Customization of pay practices within the framework for various business units – work closely with leaders to engage in the vision and outcomes for business
  • Scenario-building and budgeting on salary increments in line with internal budget & market benchmarks. Ensure its application & administer implementation
  • Propose and execute changes in benefit plans like leave, allowances, pension, insurance and other non-monetary benefits.
  • Manage C&B related activities for new entity set up / rebadging/ M&A
  • Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders: Partner with finance/tax, legal and local HR payroll teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to payroll, and compensation & benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are integrated with other HR programs and initiatives.
  • Responsible for overview of HR policies and handbooks: oversee management and communication of pay practices.
  • Lead a team of managers and ICs and enable their knowledge on C&B and nurture their growth within the company
