Role Description


This is a full-time Inside Sales Representative role at Smart Trader Wizards located in Rajarhat, with flexibility for some remote work.

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

They will also provide product information and demonstrations, handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints, and collaborate with the sales team to improve sales strategies.


Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales or customer service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Self-motivated and target-driven

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus

Job Types:

₹5, ₹15,000.00 per month
