We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative with experience of 2 years - 5 years that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirement.Close sales and achieve quarterly quotasTeam with channel partners to build pipeline and close dealsPerform effective online demos to prospectsCo-ordinate with sales team to book sales order with the help of Team.Co-ordination with Account & Collection Department for Payment and Customer Creation Issue.Prepare purchase order as well as sales order.Prepare working sheet and send it to logistic department for Order.Check availability of material in All over India (Stock Availability Report).Provide Stock status to customer and salesperson against the particular Order either materialCo-ordination with Customer for solving customer issue against the Purchase Order
  • Co-ordination with warehouses of the company for the internal matters.

Requirements

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Proven experience as ISR in IT hardware – Laptops, desktops, printers, server, storage etc.• Excellent verbal and written communications skills• Strong listening and presentation skills• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
