**Description**

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying leads and closing sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Communicating with customers by making outbound calls.
- Following up and qualify potential leads.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Closing sales and achieve targets.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate new leads.
- Maintain and expand a database of current and potential customers.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.

**Sales Proposals**
- Create presentations based on the client requirements.
- Co-ordinate with the management/manager to generate proposals.

**Sales Conversion**
- Negotiate win-win deals.
- Maintain revenue generation as per management guidelines.

**Client Co-ordination**
- Be the interface between the client and the delivery team from contract to fulfillment of roles.
- Proven inside sales/Business development/Sales experience in selling/converting B2B leads.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per day.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Good organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales objectives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- No travel
