Job description:
TCL Global is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive for India Operations.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our business, forging partnerships, and driving growth opportunities in the study abroad consultancy sector.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, schools, agents, and other stakeholders to generate leads and partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies to promote study abroad programs and services.
Conduct presentations, workshops, and seminars to showcase the consultancy's offerings to potential clients and students.
Negotiate and finalize agreements, contracts, and partnerships with educational organizations, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business growth.
Provide regular reports and analysis on business development activities, market trends, and achieved milestones.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and effective implementation of business strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the education or consultancy sector.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed business targets and objectives.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
