Job Description
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office (2007 to 2022 & O365) along with other authorized desktop applications.
  • Perform installation and maintenance of desktops and laptops in both workgroup and domain models.
  • Implement, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware devices and drivers.
  • Conduct general preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
  • Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards.
  • Install and troubleshoot client applications.
  • Manage IT asset stock and maintain IT inventory records.
  • Install and configure Outlook, and troubleshoot related mail issues.
  • Install antivirus software and resolve virus-related problems.
  • Troubleshoot general networking issues.
  • Handle remote desktop connections using tools like VNC, Any Desk, Ammyy Admin, TeamViewer, etc.
  • Install and configure Active Directory tools and perform related tasks.
  • Replace faulty hardware components such as motherboards, SMPS, RAM, HDD, CD-ROMs, etc.
  • Provide L1 support, remote support, and coordinate with users to resolve technical issues.
