Hey — I'm Rohit, founder of Dojo Growth Labs

I started this agency 1.5 years ago to do what I love most — solving real growth problems through paid ads. Previously, I scaled two brands from $ 0 to $10M ARR, and since then, I've helped multiple startups grow profitably from $ 0 to N — all driven by performance marketing.

I'm not just here to run ads — I genuinely love the craft. And I'm looking for mid-level performance marketer who's equally obsessed (or maybe even more) with driving performance and cracking scale.

What You'll Do
  • Owning execution & work on strategy with me. 
  • Own Paid Campaigns across Meta & Google for D2C, lead-gen, and app clients
  • Run weekly calls, share reports, and keep the communication loop sharp
  • Spot what's not working — whether it's the hook, the funnel, or the offer
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to build ads that convert
  • Drive experiments across audiences, creatives, and funnel steps
  • Stay on top of platform changes and bring in new ideas proactively
What We're Looking For
  • Min 2 of hands-on experience in Meta + Google Ads
  • Great if you have client-facing experience — you know how to simplify performance speak
  • A sharp sense of ownership — you don't wait to be told what to do
  • Comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Sheets, and ad dashboards
  • Hunger to grow fast and take on bigger strategic responsibilities
What We're Not Looking For
  • Execution-only operators
  • People who avoid client conversations
  • Folks who need hand-holding every step of the way
Bonus (Not Mandatory)
  • Worked with budgets ₹10L+/month
  • Handled D2C or App Based or  fast-scaling startup accounts
  • Some exposure to creative briefing or ad copywriting

Renumeration

  • 8 to 10 LPA (Negotiable for the right hustle fit). 
  • Rapid raises/incentives for quick learners who deliver.
