The idealcandidate will have hands-on experience in creating engaging short-form videos and visualcontent that bring Rustorange’s vibrant, modern aesthetic to life across platforms. If you loveblending creativity with strategy — from brainstorming ideas to executing polished, on-brandvisuals — this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:● Plan and execute short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) — includingideation, scripting, filming, and editing.● Design and develop graphics, layouts, and visual assets for social media, campaigns,website, and marketing collaterals.● Assist in planning and executing creative campaigns, product launches, and brandcommunication initiatives (including talent scouting, location scouting, sourcing, etc)● Work with influencers to execute in-house content development.● Contribute to shoot direction, styling, and visual composition for photo and videoproduct shoots.● Manage all digital content libraries and archives for any future use.Skills & Competencies:● Strong sense of visual aesthetics, composition, and brand identity.● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)or equivalent tools (Canva / CapCut / VN / Invideo).● Proven experience in video editing and post-production for digital platforms.● Keeping abreast of social media trends and accordingly planning content strategy● Excellent eye for typography, color, and layout.● Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across teams● Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.Preferred Candidate Profile:● Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and design, preferably within afashion, lifestyle, or D2C brand.● Experience with both video and graphic work across digital media.● Familiarity with social media trends in lifestyle space● Passion for storytelling, creativity, graphics, layouts, and visual assets..About RustorangeRustorange is a fast-growing contemporary modern Indian wear design studio.
