Responsibilities

  • End-to-end product listing management  on Commerce platform of Shuru App
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external contacts via email and phone  to resolve issues related to listings, product approvals, content updates, pricing, and images.
  • Maintaining accurate product listings with correct pricing, descriptions, and specifications.
  • Creating, updating, and optimizing listings in bulk via flat files where applicable.
  • Tracking live listings and ensuring timely updates for out-of-stock, pricing changes, and product launches.
  • Identifying listing errors or issues and proactively working on resolutions.
  • Working closely with the warehouse, design, and operations teams to collect product-related information and assets for seamless uploads.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Ecommerce Catalog Management
  • MS Excel skills  should be confident with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, and Bulk Upload templates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Should be proactive and capable of independently handling tasks in a high-pressure environment.
