Required Skills & QualificationsAttention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is crucial for accurate calculations and data entry. Organizational Skills: Excellent ability to organize and manage payroll information efficiently. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and other departments. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues effectively. Payroll Software Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll systems and databases. Knowledge of Regulations: In-depth understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion. Teamwork: A team player who can also work independently when required.
