This is an exciting role for an individual looking to leverage their past experience to have the ability to work on a total talent management/VMS solution for the future. The individual will be personally responsible for driving revenue across industries and verticals.

About the Role
The sales director is a strategic role where the candidate will be involved in selling VMS solutions for our clients. The role will involve prospecting, engaging and driving sales for clients for our contingent staffing VMS and other workforce solutions. The responsibilities will include developing deep relationships with prospects and understanding their needs/expectations for the VMS solutions.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibility would include identifying and selling VMS solutions to prospective clients across APAC and EMEA.Work closely with sales leadership and marketing team to drive ongoing prospects engagements.Work closely with the inside sales team in generating leads/opportunities.Work closely with our sales enablement teams to collaborate on RFP responses, demos and all the way to closing the deal.Participate in industry events to drive engagement with prospects and current customers.Ability to understand the current state of client's environment and propose appropriate solution that drives the best value and outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications
Minimum 7-10 years' experience selling VMS or MSP contingent workforce/total talent solutions. This role requires a fairly deep understanding of VMS solutions and should understand the various aspects of a VMS solution and the value it offers to the prospective clients.Should have experience with solution-based sales of VMS solutions for large enterprise clients.Should have a positive outlook and attitude.Should have strong relationship building skills with clients and channel partners.Willing to work in a highly accountable and data driven environment. Everything at Simplify is measurable and need to be tracked in systems.Should have excellent analytical and communication skills.Should have excellent presentation skills as this role requires presenting our solution to prospective customers.Should be highly motivated for success and have a go-getter attitude. Should be high energy with strong customer skills.Ability to achieve weekly/monthly metrics and overall revenue targets.Ability to work independently with strong focus on driving outcomes and results.Ability to multi-task and meet all deadlines.Minimum bachelor's degree in business, science or other relevant disciplines.
