KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic Sales Leadership:

Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability targets.Business Development:

Identify and secure new business opportunities, including partnerships, accounts, and distribution channels within the apparel industry.Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.Budget and Forecasting:
