We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Community Intern who is passionate about working with regional communities. You'll work closely with the core team to manage user communication, grow the user base on the app.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to learn about user engagement, content operations, and community building.

Key Responsibilities -

  • Be the primary point of contact for users and manage day-to-day communication with them.
  • Help grow and engage the user base by working with matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
  • Assist in creating strategies for onboarding, supporting, and upskilling matchmakers and content creators.
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather user feedback and support the launch of new features.
  • Support micro-influencers within the FRND ecosystem and help drive activities like matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends to bring fresh ideas that improve user engagement.
  • Support the community and ensure a vibrant, positive user experience.

Requirements -

  • Fluency in any languages(Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam) (spoken and written) and a strong understanding of culture and trends.
  • Interest in user engagement, community building, or operations in app-based platforms.
  • Comfortable communicating with users and creators in a professional yet friendly manner.
  • Active on social media and aware of trending content, creators, and regional preferences.
  • Willingness to learn how to work with content creators and support community growth.
  • Basic understanding of user behaviour and interest in analyzing simple engagement metrics.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and working with different teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Note : The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday as working days. This internship comes with Pre-Placement Opportunity
