Job Description:

The position of Internal Communications Consultant is pivotal in executing aligned people communication strategies and drive employee engagement across service units in Asia Pacific.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values.
    • Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant information and updates for internal distribution.
    • Developing and implementing communication plans for both internal and external audiences.
    • Lead employee engagement activities such as town hall meetings, webinars, and workshops.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field.

  • Professional Experience:
    • Proven experience (5-7 years) in internal communications and preferably working closely with the HR Team.
  • Key Competencies:
    • Expertise in developing and completing comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational programs and initiatives.
    • Strong project management skills and experiences to optimally manage complex communication projects, ensuring delivery of messages across various channels.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with a keen eye for detail.
