Job Title: Business Development Intern
Job Overview:
We are a fast-growing SaaS company looking to hire motivated and enthusiastic individuals for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have an unwavering passion to grow in SaaS sales.
As a BDR your main goal is to find potential clients and build long-term relationships with them. This means researching and reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and setting up discovery meetings or demos for our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients
- Conduct outbound cold calls, send cold emails and messages to prospects
- Schedule discovery meetings and demos for the sales team,
- Use sales tools and techniques to engage prospects, build relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies and campaigns
- Continuously learn new sales strategies and develop a strong sales funnel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 0-1 year of experience in a sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Internship Duration:
This internship is for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of conversion to Full time role based on performance.
