
Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Client Engagement:
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide insights to improve offerings and strategies.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Reporting and Coordination:
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Experience: - Minimum 1 years in FMCG or food industry Experience is Mandatory. Freshers are also welcome
