Job Overview

The Head - Sales (12-25 yrs) will be responsible for contributing to and ensuring the delivery of In-country's overall Sales strategy for Texila American University.

This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively manage projects, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive sales growth in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributing to and ensuring the delivery of In-country's overall Sales strategy for Texila American University
  • Line management and mentoring of Business Development Managers and Enrollment Advisors at In-country
  • Representing Texila American University at education fairs and events in India and potentially, across South Asia
  • Managing relationships with Indian schools, universities, agencies, and other key stakeholders
  • Significant domestic travel in India and potentially across India to attend educational events and meet with key stakeholders
  • Overseeing systemized communications with students, schools, universities, and agencies and working with the Caribbean international team to meet clear KPIs on response times
  • Delivering and developing engaging student-facing sessions at schools, universities, and education events
  • Overseeing systemized 'enquiry funnelling' operation (ensuring that all leads of potential students are followed up and driven from enquiries to applications) with aim of maximizing conversion
  • Overseeing process of data capture and analysis to inform future strategy and budgetary decisions
  • Working with In-country Projects team to manage and oversee the development of itineraries for visiting academics and officials of Texila American University
  • Ensuring that all KPIs and targets are met
