We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Brilliant Brains AI-Driven Growth Marketing Agency .
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and target potential clients in various industries.
- Develop and Execute Outreach Strategies: Create personalized connection requests, InMail campaigns, and engaging content sharing.
- Conduct Market Research: Identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Qualify Leads: Assess their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Showcase the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Build Strong Relationships: Provide excellent customer service and address client needs effectively.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for existing clients.
- Track KPIs: Lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
- Regular Reports: Sales activities, progress, and market insights.
- Proven Track Record: Success in business development or sales roles, preferably in digital marketing.
- Strong Experience: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including advanced search techniques and InMail campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Understanding: SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing concepts and strategies.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
