Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated professional to support business development and client servicing for RTA mandates, with a strong focus on presentations, coordination with fund houses, market research, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution and effective client engagement.About Us:Validus FinTech is a new-age Digital Transfer Agent and Fund Administrator, redefining India’s investment ecosystem through technology, data, and AI. Our platform serves AIFs, PMS, and Mutual Funds with a modern, API-driven approach built to eliminate legacy inefficiencies and deliver delightful client experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports using MS PowerPoint and Excel, ensuring accuracy and professional quality.Support business development activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and client engagement for RTA mandates.Coordinate with Mutual Fund Houses, AIFs, and PMS providers to address day-to-day operational issues and ensure smooth execution of mandates.Conduct market research on financial products and industry trends to provide actionable insights for sales strategies.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and operational updates in CRM or designated systems.Contribute to creating impactful presentations and pitch decks for client meetings and internal reviews.Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Technology) to ensure timely delivery of solutions and proposals.Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and fund houses.Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel for creating presentations and analyzing data.Good presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.Quick thinker with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of financial products such as Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, and related operational processes is highly desirable.Experience working in AMC branch offices or head office, or exposure to banking (direct or indirect) or wealth management operations is strongly preferred.Familiarity with RTA services, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows in the asset management industry.Quick learner, hardworking, and committed to delivering results.To Apply:Email your resume to prathyusha.s@validusfintech.com
