Job Description -

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our team for the Veeva CRM to Vault CRM migration integration project utilizing Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CRM systems and data integration to facilitate a successful migration and integration process.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for the migration and integration of Veeva CRM with Vault CRM using IICS.

Data Mapping: Analyze existing data structures in Veeva CRM and define mapping strategies for data migration to Vault CRM, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Integration Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and document integration processes, workflows, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) requirements to facilitate seamless data transfer.

Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, expectations, and potential impacts of the migration, ensuring thorough communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Testing Support: Assist in the development of test plans for data migration and integration activities; support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate results against requirements.

Training and Documentation: Create training materials and assist with training sessions to educate users on new processes and the Vault CRM system.
