Job Overview

You will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets, primarily from Salesforce CRM, and leveraging Google Sheets and advanced Excel skills to create insightful reports and dashboards.

Your role is critical in supporting operational efficiency during night hours by ensuring accurate data-driven decision-making.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize management information systems reports to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Extract and analyze large datasets from Salesforce CRM, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Create, automate, and manage reports and dashboards in Google Sheets, Advanced Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data requirements.
  • Monitor data trends, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Drive data-driven processes to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an MIS Analyst or similar role.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CRM for data extraction, report building, and dashboard management.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets (scripts, automation, formulas) and Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA, advanced formulas).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience working independently during night shifts, with high attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Strong communication skills to work with US-based stakeholders and internal team members.
