Business Analyst for Vendavo CPQ

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst - Vendavo CPQ to assume responsibility for administering and maintaining the Vendavo CPQ system, ensuring it meets business requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure product configurations, pricing rules, and discount structures within the Vendavo CPQ system.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to the Vendavo CPQ system.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy of the CPQ system.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Vendavo CPQ system, including regular audits and updates.
  • Generate and analyze reports on Vendavo CPQ system performance, usage, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and IT teams to align CPQ processes with business objectives and ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience in Vendavo CPQ administration.
  • Proficiency in Vendavo CPQ software (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ), CRM systems, and data management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Vendavo CPQ Business Administrator certification (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist) is a plus.
